ROUTE FOURKA-AGIA PARASKEVI

Characterization: Tour on the ridge with fantastic view
Distance: about 22.3km
Altitude: 300m
Long Hike on the ridge of the peninsula on a good country road. On the left you will see Athos, the third peninsula of Halkidiki and the holy mountain. On the right you can admire the Olympus, the highest mountain in Greece.
ROUTE FOURKA BEACH-FOURKA (roundtrip)

Characterization: Hike to a plateau with a wonderful view
Difficulty-level: simple
Distance: about 6.2km
Altitude: 300
The road goes very uphill to the highest plateau and is rewarded with incredible views over the valley of Fourka and Kalandra until the cape of Posidi.
ROUTE KALANDRA-POSIDI-LIGHTHOUSE

Characterization: Hike through nice landscape to a lighthouse & archeological site
Distance: about 4.8km
Durance: approx. 2h
Altitude: 150m
This route starts in Kalandra, leads through a forest road and over a nice hill to the seaside-village Posidi and ends at the lighthouse on this cape. It’s highly recommended to visit the Sanctuary of Poseidon and to be equipped with a camera.
